An energising, 2 day workshop which provides participants with the latest thinking on emotional intelligence, a world leading feedback tool assessment and practical tools and frameworks to help enhance awareness of self and others. Participants will understand their needs around emotional intelligence, and then explore a range of activities and exercises designed to change behaviour and enhance skill in a practical way. A program library will also be provided via an on-line portal, for access after the program workshop.

Pricing
Program fee is $2280.00 including GST, which includes all educational materials, program binder, feedback tool and materials. Participants also gain access to an exclusive portal which contains further resources, articles and thought starters on emotional intelligence, for access after the workshop. The program will take place in a CDB location with refreshments and lunch provided. To confirm enrolment, a deposit of $500.00 per participant is required, which is nonrefundable. Balance is due 30 days prior to the program commencement.

This tool may be undertaken as a self assessment, a 180 assessment or full 360 assessment depending upon participant need. Included in the program fee is the self assessment report. There is a surcharge to the program fee quoted for the 180 or 360 tool – prices upon application.
